1. Health & Safety

  • All treatments are provided in accordance with UK health and safety regulations.
  • Clients are required to complete a consultation form before their first treatment to ensure the massage is safe and suitable.
  • Therapists reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe due to medical conditions, intoxication, or inappropriate behaviour.

2. Hygiene & Cleanliness

  • All treatment areas, linens, and equipment are cleaned and sanitised after every client.
  • Please avoid wearing unnecessary jewellery, as it may interfere with the massage and to prevent loss or damage.

3. Booking & Cancellation

  • Appointments can be booked online or in-store.
  • We kindly ask for at least 12 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.

4. Payment & Gift Vouchers

  • Payment is required at the time of booking or at the appointment.
  • Gift vouchers are available and valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Professional Standards

  • All therapists are qualified, insured, and committed to maintaining the highest professional standards.
  • Any inappropriate behaviour will result in the immediate termination of the session, with full payment required.

6. Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • All client information and personal detailsis kept strictly confidential, will never be shared with third parties without consent.
